No. The AI assistant is set up and managed by NightStay. You only connect your WhatsApp number or Facebook page in AI & Inbox mode, and you can switch the AI on or off per channel at any time. Your staff can take over any chat.
Plans are priced by the number of confirmed bookings per billing month — a booking counts once it is confirmed (a staff booking, or an online/AI booking that has been paid). Unpaid holds that expire never count.
It depends on your country: in Bangladesh ZiniPay (bKash) and SSLCommerz, in India Razorpay, in most other countries Stripe and PayPal — plus manual bank / mobile-wallet payment everywhere. Guests pay you directly; we never hold your money.
